SAMMANFATTNING
The purpose with this essay is to illustrate the individual experience of burnout and the sourrundings reactions of this social situation. Furthermore has it imply a visible describe of the modern society. The essay illuminates the character of network and social relationship that surround the induvidual that become burnout. The theoretical approach and analysis is discussed from Robert Mertons main principal of the anomi theory. Through an insight of how this individual phenomena experience become, have five deep- interviews been the methodology. The result point out that burnout is a social construction and a dependent social constitutes in relationships. People use different master strategies to overcome and reach different positions and roll-set in the society. The condition of burnout bothers a deviant behavior, and has growth up beetween interpersonal social relations in the sourrounding.
