SAMMANFATTNING
Today, quality is the main aspect of each production, so quality control is
very important process in each factory. By consideration safety, quality
control shows its importance in automobile industry more and more. This
research introduces a set of quality control laboratories in Mega Motor
(The largest Manufacturer of Engines, Gearboxes and Axles) which were
supposed to control the quality of production lines’ inputs and outputs.
Through development and improvement of test machines, top management
decided to enter laboratories to the industrial test market. The current
research is devoted to achieve this management goal.
A large body of literature describing theoretical and experimental case
studies of niche market. Based on this review, important factors affecting
on mentioned industrial niche market were identified. One such factor, in
the marketing field, was the advertising the professional services.
In the current research, the marketing plan for the Mega Motor’s
laboratories is designed. In this plan, competitors (private and
governmental) and different type of customers are assessed. More over,
various programming are performed for laboratories in order to prepare them
for serving the market. The conclusion of this marketing research is caused
set strategy with competitors and customers.
The findings of this investigation was shown Mega Motor laboratories annual
service sale was drastically increased during four years.
