SUMMARY
The purpose of this thesis is to gain a better understanding of how travel
agents can expand their businesses by integrating E-business to their
business process. E-business strategies have a certain kind of influence on
the business process of every company. Our research explains and describes
the travel agents industry, their outcomes, advantages and disadvantages
when expanding businesses by integrating E-businesses to their strategy, as
well as what phase of integration they are at and future development. By
integrating E-business strategy a clear conclusion is the fact that it has
improved product distribution and customer service within the travel
industry.
